Vejiga Hematica
Encontrarse una vejiga urinaria totalmente llena de sangre ,sin coágulos, es un hallazgo en casos de hematuria.
Mostramos caso de paciente masculino de 77 años de edad que tiene antecedentes de hipertensión arterial.Hace treinta años le hicieron cirugía de riñón izquierdo por litiasis, dejando a este con un pequeño tamaño, a consecuencia de ello , el riñón derecho asumió un rol vicariante, e incrementó su tamaño, llegando a medir 13.8 x 7.42 X 6.05 cm, por contra el riñón izquierdo tiene silueta muy irregular, mide 10.1 X 5.36 X 4.74 cm.
Al examen sonografico el riñón izquierdo mostró algunas formaciones ecogenicas de pequeño tamaño ( micro-cálculos ) , dilatación hidronefrotica grado I que se extendía hasta pelvis renal, con material grumoso fino en su interior ( sangre y/o pus ).
La sonografia de la vejiga mostró que estaba ocupada en su totalidad por material grumoso fino, sin coágulos o cálculos, presumiblemente por ser fundamentalmente sangre ya que el paciente mostraba hematuria total
